Coinbase Introduces CFTC‑Regulated Perpetual Futures for US Traders
Coinbase has today unveiled CFTC‑regulated perpetual futures trading for US customers, marking the first time investors in the United States can access these continuously rolling crypto derivatives under Commodity Futures Trading Commission oversight. The offering goes live on 21 July 2025 via Coinbase Financial Markets and immediately makes available nano Bitcoin (BTC‑PERP) and nano Ether (ETH‑PERP) contracts.
